A Zuni (A:shiwi) polychrome earthenware vessel, collected by Colonel James Stevenson at the Zuni Pueblo in New Mexico in 1881. Identified by Dwight Lanmon in 2007 as a polychrome jar, circa 1875.

The Zuni are a Pueblo people who have inhabited and farmed in the western New Mexico area of the United States for thousands of years.
