Museum für Naturkunde Berlin
Berlin, Germany

Elaphrosaurus bambergi is the only well-preserved raptor dinosaur of the Tendaguru. Of other species, such as Allosaurus, only individual bones or teeth were found. As the skull of Elaphrosaurus could not be found, the skull of a related species, Ceratosaurus, was used as model and adapted in size.
