Hammond. On the 5th inst., at 5 o'clock a.m., after a painful illness, Mrs. E.E.J. Hammond, wife of John B. Hammond, in the 33d year of her age. The funeral will take place tomorrow (Sunday) afternoon, at 4 1/2 o'clock from her late residence, 411 3d street northwest, between 4th and 5th, which friends and
acquaintances of the family are respectfully invited to attend.
