Amethyst gem set into a modern gold ring. Gem engraved with the image of the portrait bust of Mark Antony, facing to the left. He is depicted cleanshaven, with full cheeks, a furrowed brow, a roll of flesh on the back of the neck, and finely detailed short curls of hair. The gem is set into a modern gold ring with a simple molding on its top surface.
