Ensemble with cape de bal sortie

The cape is decorated with embroidered matte sequins on agrements, with silk band, black matte sequin fringes and matching faceted beads. The pleated taffeta ruffles are a modern addition. It has a black taffeta lining.
The black taffeta dress is made of cotton mesh with cut-out patterns, decorated with silk braid sewn with machine chain stitches, silk gauze ruffles and matching plicated taffeta. The lining is lost.
