Filigree silver case with tapering baluster handle and conical finial with knob. Body decorated with oblique bands chased with foliage pattern between filigree of spirals and ovals. Embossed silver edging mount to scroll. Handwritten scroll on parchment in a Sephardi hand with tittles (diacritic marks) over letters.
