Taking time out from training, Expedition 33/34 Flight Engineer Kevin Ford of NASA works out on a treadmill at the Cosmonaut Hotel crew quarters in Baikonur, Kazakhstan October 17, 2012 under the watchful eye of backup Flight Engineer Chris Cassidy of NASA. Ford, Soyuz Commander Oleg Novitskiy and Flight Engineer Evgeny Tarelkin are preparing for launch October 23 in their Soyuz TMA-06M spacecraft to spend five months on the International Space Station.
