This is one of the theme pavilions on the site. One group, Man the Explorer, dominates the south-eastern part of Ile Sainte Helene and the other, Man the Producer is sited alongside (and integrated with) the Expo Express. Both pavilions are tetrahedrons of pre- rusted steel (probably cor-ten), partially clad with wood-fibre insulation.
