Extract from 'Minotaur' graphic short story

The Drawing Year Alumni, 2013. Claire Price is a London-based artist. She grew up in Exmoor National Park and studied History at Oxford, graduating in 2011. She has studied and taught in Japan, America and China. She completed The Drawing Year at The Prince's Drawing School (now the Royal Drawing School) at the Royal Drawing School in 2013, where she was awarded the Graphic Novel Prize. She is now the School's Alumni Relations and Projects Coordinator and a tutor with The Drawing Clubs. Price was artist in residence at Dumfries House in Scotland in 2013, and in 2014 her work was included in the Threadneedle Prize and the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition 2014, where it was featured in Tracey Emin’s “top picks” for the BBC. She was recently invited to draw at the Royal Institute of Science for Stella McCartney's Green Carpet Challenge. Her unconventional route and interest in History inform her concerns as an artist.
