Exterior: Quadripartite with two eye-areas and two handle-areas. In between each set of large eyes is a striding helmeted Athena and under each handle is an inverted lotus pattern; Interior: reserved red circle with two black circles, and dot.
The form has been described as Type A. Mended, rim cracked.
