F-4D “Phantom II” Simulator

Designed to train F-4 “Phantom” pilots and weapon system officers with a fully functional F-4 cockpit, the simulator is mounted on a 3 degree of freedom motion platform. This gave crews a true simulation of flight. The F-4 “Phantom” is the only fighter jet used by the U.S. Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps as well as both the Blue Angels and Thunderbirds demonstration teams.
