Female digression on food for a legal processing - "Projects for Women" Competition

Building upon its experience in conference promotion, the Milan Chapter of the Associazione Donne Giuriste Sezione di Milano aimed to organize legal events and seminars during the Expo 2015 semester. These events focused on the right to food and good nutrition, in the awareness that women have always been at the forefront of global nutrition, and will increasingly continue to play this key role.
The events focused on three sectors: wine, seafood, and milk.
In light of the specific characteristics of the Milan chapter of A.D.G., the project dealt with these topics from a woman’s perspective, with a multidisciplinary approach involving female jurists and other women active in the above-mentioned sectors.
According to its institutional goals, the association promotes legislative projects and supports professional training through national and international conferences.
Additionally, the Milan chapter works with women’s associations to support campaigns for the protection of fundamental human rights, particularly those of women.
