Strictly a farm animal, the cow made its debut in 1908 with several other Schoenhut farm animals. The company produced many varieties of cows, with different coloring, glass or painted eyes, and carved or molded heads. This cow, one of the earlier variations, has glass eyes, a carved head, and a bell hanging from a leather collar around its neck.
