Figure:Lamb

While the A. Schoenhut Company introduced a majority of its farm animal figures in 1908, the sheep appeared in 1909 as part of a "Mary Had a Little Lamb" themed set. Lambs have either glass or painted eyes. Variations in the lamb's design, especially the shape of the head, do exist, but all lambs wear a bell hanging from a red ribbon around their necks.
