Communist Party Reading Room
Kerala is known all over the world for its Communist history. This is an interactive Installation that copies the various communist reading rooms across the state that receives the local daily Communist Newspaper. Were people are encouraged to read. This piece explores ideas around political literacy, its relationship to power struggles and where it finds its place in global monopoly capitalism.
Absence
An Ode to the Body-Continuing the theme of power this works opens ideas around the absence of labour, its link to our bodies and the contemporary alienations we encounter.

This room is about travelling, discovery and aromas of memories and its futilities.

Detritus: The stories of the End of Painting; this is drawn from the gatherings of light and shades of water that collect in the bay of Kochi/ Muziris.
Profound profanities
Drawn by the image of a Fort that both protects-against the other and defences- from the other. This installation attempts to both confronts & disturbs places of safety that we seek to maintain or perpetuate
