The bodice of this costume is closed in front. Petticoat can be seen through the front open in the overskirt. The overall yellow silk was woven with supplementary silver-gilt weft. Wide and narrow stripes appeared alternately on the fabric as the ground and various motifs, such as flowers and ivories can be seen on top of it.
