Central horizontal band of two rows of Arabic inscription, opposed in direction, flanked by ground fabric of rosettes enclosing quatrefoils on one side, rose and stars enclosing quatrefoils on the other side. Incription in white on gold ground. Rosettes in blue and gold on a ground of white and gold. stars in rose, blue, white and gold. Several narrow horizontal stripes of red and white.
