About the series: Sir Todamal’s Sartorial Experiments: Sir Todamal, the toad who wears a tailcoat, gets a makeover, one that compliments his retro style. With the help of stylist Swati Shrivastav, the photographer tries out several looks for him including a Mohawk, a pirate hat, and the frumpy grandma look with a polka-dotted scarf! Needless to say, Sir Todamal is extremely pleased.
About the Photographer: Swarup Datta, b.1977, India, is a trained Fashion Designer by profession. However, his passion for people drew him into Fashion Photography. Since 2001, he has styled, shot and designed campaigns for many national and international labels and brands. His desire to express himself has led him to experiment with various mediums, but photography remains his passion.
