These two identical cabinets were recorded in an old house which was no longer inhabited. The multi-generational family who originally lived here had separated and moved out due to personal differences. Most of the vernacular furniture and belongings were left behind, including a pair of sandook, charkha, manja and doli (larder). These were all still in their original locations.
