Game publisher Tabletop Games produced strategy and role-playing games as well as miniature gaming figures, from the 1970s through 2003. Founded by Bob Connor, the firm also did business under the name Tabletop Games and Heritage Models, Inc. Tabletop's lines of micro games, published in two series, were praised for their innovation and for retaining the good qualities of larger, more complex wargames. Many of these were offered as base modules, with additional cards available to represent different nations during different war eras. Connor died in 2003 and afterwards the company went through several changes in ownership, while the miniature figure branch went to separate owners.
