Gertrude Jekyll's Garden Diary and Calendar

The 1925 Gardener's Calendar and Garden diary annotated with entries by Gertrude Jekyll. This entry for 24th August records cuttings taken of lavender, rosemary and santolina, plus having nettles cut for the 3rd time. Printed text by T. Geoffrey and W. Henslow. The diary was given to Miss Jekyll's last gardener at Munstead Wood, Mr Frank Young.
