The Gift Kodak, introduced the same year as the Ensemble and the Coquette, was aimed at the holiday gift-giving season. A special version of the 1A Pocket Kodak with a bed and shutter plate design in brown and red enamel and polished nickel, this camera produced 2½ x 4¼-inch images from 116 roll film. The camera was covered in brown leatherette, and it came in an ebony-finished cedar box with an inlaid cover matching the camera face.
