A small tool from Zhou to Qin and Han Dynasty is generally called a "xue dao". Most of the xue dao have a certain degree of reversal, there is an internal reflex of the lower arc, and some are upturned.
This is a bronze xue dao from the Han Dynasty. The blade is reversed, a ring at the end of the handle, and the blade is gold-plated.
