These gloves are used in the "Neto" Attire, worn in Portuguese style bullfights by a young man who receives the key to open the corral therefor allowing the bullfight to begin. These gloves were worn by Prince Manuel at the 1899 "Garraiada" (Running of the Bulls) in Sintra.
