This object is part of a small hoard consisting of rings, necklaces, scarabs and a fragment of raw silver, hidden next to a wall in la Peña Negra settlement site. The dating of the hoard is based on stylistic parallels and on the archaeological context where it was found, which indicates that the treasure was hidden around the time the settlement was abandoned.
