In the early days of American motorcycling, the Milwaukee Journal sponsored a "Good Fellowship" motorcycle tour for riders—and passengers—of all motorcycles in the Milwaukee area. Motorcycle clubs and Harley-Davidson employees hosted other day-long rides around the Milwaukee area, too. These kinds of events were covered in the local paper as well as the national motorcycle press.
Participants of the Good Fellowship Tour of 1915 are pictured here on N. Water Street outside Milwaukee City Hall and the St. Charles Hotel.
