A triumphal arch set into a peristyle. There are sculptures of two winged figures, one on either side of the archway. The top of the arch features a sculpture of a chariot pulled by horses. The words "Ye shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free" are inscribed below the sculpture of the chariot.
