The J. Paul Getty Museum
Los Angeles, United States

A stele with a simple triangular pediment above a slightly recessed figural area containing a young woman standing before her parents. Her father is seated at the left of the composition with her mother standing beside him. The young woman shakes hands with her mother. The heads of the two women are largely broken away, the stele is reconstructed from four joining fragments; the surfaces have become blurred from weathering.
