Greenlee Machine for B-17 Engines

This special Greenlee machine, designed and built by Greenlee at the request of Studebaker, is more than 175 feet long and has 50 operating stations. When in full operation it handled approximately 130 cylinder heads at a time. Components for the B-17 Flying Fortress are being milled in this image.
