gyeongseotong (bamboo container with Confucian Classics writing)

This is a container with pieces of small bamboo strips of a size on which passages from the Confucian Classics are written. The bamboo container are filled with bamboo slips, then a student would randomly pick a bamboo slip out of the container and, after reading the passage from the Confucian Classics written on the slip, answer the teacher’s question.
