Hat pin, made of 1906 Melbourne Cricket Club member medallion

Hat pin comprised of a 1906 Melbourne Cricket Club member's medallion welded onto a metal pin. The medallion is heart-shaped with gold, navy and white enamel decoration on the front. At centre is featured in gold on white enamel the image of a wicket with a ball on top and two cricket bats crossed in front. Around the edge are the words MELB. CRICKET / CLUB 1906-7 in gold on blue enamel. On back is stamped the manufacturer's name, STOKES & SONS, and the membership number 1 (?) 49.
