The close-fitting necklace consists of a broad chain, which combines square plaques with four-ball décor and originally green enamel, and those with a flat, gilded surface. The basic motif of series has three vertical arranged plaques with and two without décor. The ornament on the rectangular clasp combines a central rosette with double-volutes in the corners. The necklace has thirty-three loops with thirty-two preserved pendants with ball-shaped dangles.

On the back of the clasp is an Arabic stamp with the name of the ruler: al-Mansur. Al-Mansur Ali I ruled from AH 1189 to 1224 (AD 1775-1809).

In addition, there is the name of the silversmith engraved in Hebrew: xxx Sana"ani. The first name of the silversmith is lost, but it is mentioned that he and his family come from Sana"a'.
