Hepatica asiatica is a species of herbaceous perennials in the buttercup family(Ranunculaceae), native to Asia. It has mainly pink to purple, but also white flowers, appearing before the leaves unfurl during March and April in the wild. Deciduous, round-lobed leaves with a few fine hairs on the upper surface.
