  • Edition: Based on description of states in Bialler (1992), this appears to be state ii/vi, printed ca. 1605–1617 by “Willem Ianssen in de vergulde Sonnewyser”; but this impression does not include the usual letterpress inscription (which may have been trimmed off) for Ianssen on the bottom margin. Assignment to the second state is based solely on the strength of the colors and strong contrasts between the colors; see Bialler, pp. 82–83 (Clare Rogan, 9/9/2006).
