Roman mural painting found in Insula VII, House of Hercules, room 1a which is believed to have been a triclinium (formal dining area). This fragment comes from a collection depicting the labors of Hercules, who appears clean-shaven, with nothing on his head, and wearing the skin of the Nemean lion on his chest. He is shooting down the Ceryneian hind with a bow and arrow; the animal's hindquarters are all that remain.
