A vast uninhabited area where garden belongs to Nawab Shamsher Jang Bahadur, Karen Bagh of Raja Sheo Raj Bahadur, and Tekri Raymond, where the tomb of Michel Joachim Marie Raymond are visible on the map. Since the tomb locates on the hillock it's marked as Tekri Raymond, because, the name of localities on or around hilly would be called along with either Tekri or Pahar. Michel Joachim Marie Raymond, popularly known as Monsieur Raymond was the French general in Nizam's army as well as the founder of Hyderabad Gunfoundry located near Fateh Maidan in 1786 A.D. It was in 1786 A.D, he joined under the Nizam service as a soldier, later appointed as comptroller of the ordinance. It was under his guidance several cannon and cannonball factories established in the State of Hyderabad, includes the Hyderabad Gunfoundry located near Fateh Maidan. He died on March 25, 1798. Since he was close to the then Nizam, every year on March 25, Nizam would send a box of cheroots and a bottle of beer to his tomb.
