Hyperpyron of Alexios I Komnenos (1081-1118). On the obverse, Christ is seated on a backed throne. His right hand is raised in blessing, while his left holds a Gospel. On the reverse, the emperor is pictured standing, wearing a chlamys, a long silk tunic (divitesion) and a diadem with a cross. He holds a banner in his right hand and an orb in his left. Above, right, "manus Dei". Constantinople mint. Diam. 0.031, Th. 0.001 m. (ΓΕ 32632)
