    PLANTS OF FLORIDA COUNTY: ILEX GLABRA (L.) A. Gray clonal shrub, flowering and fruiting when only 2 dm tall, stems to about 2 m tall. Abundant in pine flatwoods, So Blountstown and ca 1/2 mile N of Chipola River, by Ma. Rt. 71. Fruits black, dull, mostly globose and 5-7 mm across; calyx persistent, black, mostly 7-lobed.
