The Indo-Portuguese rocking chair had a structure similar to the folding chair with armrests, and had an open and comfortable form. (could combine with folding chair with armrests)

This rocking chair, made solely of wood, probably rosewood, comprises vertical slats of that form the backrest and the seat of the chair, a style that runs form its top to the back, a semi-circular crest with intricate decorative carvings, and armrests that curve out in a sinuous form.
