Lira-shaped card. Cover in cream background, printed in black: "Instruction Promoting Association" and the date. On the central pages, the program which consists of eighteen dances, being 5 waltzes, 6 polkas, 5 gangs, 1 schottisch and 1 mazurka; Female names written by pencil: Alice, Melle Kopal, J.Lima Barros (twice) and two scratched unreadable names. Pink pencil with inscription "Johann Faber", attached to the card with cream cord.
