Instructions to Stewards, issued by WSPU Headquarters

Part typed, party handwritten instruction letter on WSPU headquarters headed paper. Addressed to 'Dear Friend Stewarding Albert Hall Meeting, March 18th'. The letter includes some handwritten Instructions for the steward 'to collect & to distribute Programmes & Promise cards in the arena. On arrival, will you please go to the Crush Room to the table marked 'Arena no 4 where you will find a distributor who will give you your collecting box etc. Your Superintendent Miss Kerr (wearing a band marked Superintendent) will be in the arena ready to give you full instructions....'
