ISS during approach of the STS-115 Space Shuttle Atlantis

S115-E-05421 (11 Sept. 2006) --- The STS-115 crewmembers aboard the
Space Shuttle Atlantis got a preview of one of the pieces of hardware that will be very instrumental in the impending continuation of construction of the International Space Station as they approached the orbital outpost for a photo survey and subsequent docking. Standing tall in the scene is the station's remote manipulator system or CanadArm2.
