Stapled children's comic with a cartoon called Miguelín and the Little Train (Miguelín y el Trenecito) printed in color on the front cover.

Little James (Jaimito) was a Spanish comic book for children, edited by the Valencia publishing house (Editorial Valenciana) and was published in 1945–79. In their first period of publication between 1945 and 1952, they were published intermittently and did not have issue numbers as the publishing house did not have the official permit for periodical publication. In the second period between 1952 and 1979, around 1664 issues were published, with the issue number on the front cover. They also produced 34 calendars and other materials.

The Jaimito comic served as the main example of a funny comic book in Valencian schools—it was one of the few alternatives to the predominating comics made the Bruguera publishing house during the Franco Regime. A series of stories were published in Jaimito, including one on the title character, Jaimito (created by Karpa), as well as Bartolo, the champion of slackers (Palop), the Saturn astronaut (Serafín), and Pepe, the little soldier (José Sanchís). The most famous comic book series known to schools across Valencia, called Pumby, de Sanchís, was also published at this time. In addition to its own stories, Jaimito also featured some classic North American comic stories.
