Jin silk with confronting dragon and Phoenix motifs

Similar jin silk was discovered in the Warring States period tombs in Zuojiatang, Changsha, Hubei. Based on the reconstruction, the pattern consists of dragons, phoenixes and tigers in pairs, surrounded by a variety of small geometric motifs and cup and star motifs that symbolize the sun.
