The painting shows the interior of coppersmith’s store. Two coppersmiths are making cookware. One is forging copper cauldron, the other a part of the ewer. On the both sides of the store hang different cookware (ewers, cauldrons, pans). The depth of the painting is achieved through arrangement of the cookware and figures one after another and arches on the wall in the back. With no sense for materialisation, in the purely decorative manner, the cold shine of tin dishes is represented.
