National cultural monument. The Manor House in village Radoľa in the north – west of Slovakia is one of the oldest historical objects in the Kysuce region. It os a renaissance type of residence from 3rd quarter of 16th century, which was reconstructed in the 2nd half of the 17th century. After a reconstruction, a permanent exhibition of the Kysuce Museum has been there since 1983. There is a reinstalled exhibition Earliest History of Kysuce from the Upper Paleolithic Age to the Middle Ages, which provides information about the earliest settlement in the Kysuce region. This exhibition presents stone tools for hunting, ceramic urns, ceramics, various necessaries of life etc. A replica of baby mammoth is a big attraction. An exhibition of Burgher Dwelling in Kysuce presents the history of burgher dwellings in Kysucké Nové Mesto and Čadca. In 2012 exhibitions Legacy og Cyrilo – Methodian tradition and World of Mlechemist were opened. The Manor House also offers ist visitour cultural events with a varied programe.
