"My name is Dorcas, I am 34 years old and I joined cross stitching when it was introduced here in Langata Women's Prison. The project has been life changing because I have succeeded in managing stress that was making my blood pressure higher. I also can send some money home to my mother. I am so grateful to Carakana."
