Krafthaus, Veld blanket

Following on from Paul Edmunds' artist-in-residence, his host Krafthaus continued to experiment with non-traditional ways of making felt. One of these was to directly use raw merino wool "tops" (essentially fleece that's been uncombed) giving the blanket a rougher texture. Krafthaus calls the style "Veld", an Afrikaans language word for field or pasture.
