The Ranch

The Ranch is a watercolor painted in a narrow, elongated format that allows for an opposition between the enormous breadth of the plains and the luminous, light blue sky, barely populated by a few whitish cumulous clouds. On the right side of the landscape the waters of the river come into view, along with some hills of the Delta.
