Boqueirão Lagoon and Carioca Aqueduct

Behind this, aqueduct with two overlapping sequences of arches, sitting on the left on the hillside of Morro de Santa Teresa, standing out in the high religious building with a single tower church (Convento and Igreja de Santa Teresa) and on your right, by behind, part of Morro de Santo Antônio. In the background, silhouette of distant mountain and sky in pinkish and blue-green tones. Oval frame, in plastered and gilded wood, surrounded by an embossed laurel log.
